9. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers within the European Union may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

To request a return:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

Items returned damaged, used, or incomplete may not be accepted.

11. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

KULORI carefully inspects products before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of the packaging and product
  • Description of the issue

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

12. FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS

Furniture and large items may have specific delivery requirements.

Customers should ensure:

  • Correct delivery address is provided.
  • Access is available for delivery.
  • Measurements are checked before ordering.

KULORI is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to insufficient access or incorrect customer measurements.

13. LIGHTING PRODUCTS

Lighting products must be installed according to manufacturer instructions.

KULORI is not responsible for:

14. BARWARE & DECANTERS

KULORI sells decorative barware products including decanters and accessories.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Alcohol is not included.
