Shipping policy

Last updated: 13th August 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.kulori.com and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds Policy.

KULORI is based in Malta and offers curated home décor, furniture, lighting, mirrors, wall art, decorative objects, sculptures, collectible pieces and selected limited-edition products.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under Maltese or European Union law.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

KULORI currently delivers to destinations made available at checkout or otherwise expressly confirmed by us.

Delivery availability may depend on:

- the product;
- its dimensions and weight;
- whether it is in stock or produced following an order;
- the delivery destination;
- courier or freight availability; and
- any special handling requirements.

Where delivery is unavailable to a particular address, we may contact you to discuss available alternatives.

2. MALTA DELIVERY

KULORI offers delivery within Malta subject to product size, location and delivery requirements.

The applicable delivery charge, if any, will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before you become bound by the purchase.

For larger items, furniture, mirrors, sculptures, lighting or fragile pieces, delivery may require a specialised delivery arrangement.

Where necessary, we may contact you after your order has been placed to coordinate delivery.

3. GOZO DELIVERY

KULORI delivers to Gozo where delivery is available for the relevant product.

Additional transport or ferry-related charges may apply to Gozo deliveries depending on the size, weight and handling requirements of the order.

Any applicable additional charge will be communicated before the relevant paid delivery arrangement is confirmed.

For return collections from Gozo, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

Processing time depends on the availability and nature of the product.

Products may be:

- in stock and ready for dispatch;
- awaiting replenishment;
- available for pre-order;
- sourced following an order;
- made to order; or
- personalised or specially produced.

The estimated processing or production period shown on the relevant product page forms part of the information provided for that product.

5. IN-STOCK PRODUCTS

Products listed as in stock are normally prepared for dispatch as soon as reasonably possible.

Any estimated dispatch period displayed on the product page is an estimate unless an exact date has expressly been agreed.

During exceptionally busy periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer.

6. MADE-TO-ORDER AND SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain KULORI products may be made, produced or sourced after an order is placed.

The relevant product page may specify an estimated production period.

Where a longer delivery period has been clearly agreed with you as part of the purchase, that agreed period will apply.

The fact that a standard product is made or sourced following an order does not by itself make that product personalised or remove statutory consumer rights.

7. LIMITED-EDITION AND COLLABORATION PRODUCTS

Certain products from KULORI's collaborating artists, studios and brands may have longer production or dispatch periods.

Where applicable, the estimated lead time will be shown on the product page.

Because some artistic products are individually handcrafted, hand-painted, signed, numbered or finished, production times may differ from standard stocked products.

8. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery periods are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of purchase.

They may vary depending on:

- the delivery destination;
- courier schedules;
- production times;
- product availability;
- the nature and size of the goods;
- customs formalities where applicable; and
- circumstances outside KULORI's reasonable control.

Unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed, an estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed exact delivery date.

Under EU consumer rules, where no different delivery period has been agreed, goods must generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from conclusion of the contract. Longer periods may apply where a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, for example for certain made-to-order products.

9. SHIPPING CHARGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Shipping and delivery charges depend on factors such as:

- destination;
- product dimensions;
- product weight;
- fragility;
- courier or freight requirements; and
- whether specialised handling is required.

Any mandatory shipping or delivery charge payable by you will be disclosed before the order is completed where required by law. Malta's Consumer Rights Regulations require traders to provide information about applicable freight, delivery or postal charges before the consumer is bound by the contract.

10. MULTIPLE PRODUCTS IN ONE ORDER

Where an order contains products with different availability or production periods, the products may be:

- dispatched together once all products are available; or
- dispatched separately.

Where separate deliveries are necessary, we will provide relevant information where reasonably possible.

11. DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and appropriate contact information.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at:

support@kulori.com

We will try to correct the address before dispatch where possible.

KULORI cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed after the order has entered the shipping process.

12. DELIVERY ACCESS

For large furniture, sculptures, mirrors and other oversized products, you are responsible for checking that the product can reasonably be delivered through:

- doorways;
- entrances;
- corridors;
- lifts;
- staircases; and
- other relevant access points.

Where a delivery requires special equipment, additional personnel or another delivery arrangement because of access limitations not disclosed beforehand, additional charges may apply where agreed and legally permitted.

Please contact KULORI before ordering if you are unsure whether a large product can be delivered to your location.

13. DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS

Certain deliveries may require an appointment.

Where applicable, KULORI or the delivery provider may contact you using the telephone number or email address supplied with your order.

Please ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and accessible.

14. FAILED DELIVERY

Where delivery cannot be completed because:

- no authorised person is available to receive the order;
- access to the delivery location is not possible;
- an incorrect address was supplied; or
- another circumstance attributable to the customer prevents delivery,

the courier may attempt redelivery or return the goods.

Reasonable additional delivery or redelivery costs may apply where legally permitted and where the failed delivery was caused by circumstances attributable to the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

15. RISK DURING DELIVERY

Where KULORI arranges shipping to you, the risk of accidental loss or damage remains with KULORI until you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

Risk therefore does not normally pass to the customer merely because KULORI has handed the parcel to its courier.

If you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by KULORI, risk may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier in accordance with applicable law.

16. DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT

Please inspect the product and packaging as soon as reasonably possible following delivery.

If the goods appear damaged during transport, contact us promptly at:

support@kulori.com

Where possible, please provide:

- your order number;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the external packaging;
- photographs of internal packaging; and
- a description of the damage.

For large or fragile products, please retain the packaging until we have reviewed the matter where reasonably possible.

Prompt notification helps us investigate transport damage with the delivery provider, but failure to notify us immediately does not automatically remove any statutory rights.

17. MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your delivery is missing an item or contains an incorrect product, please contact:

support@kulori.com

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

18. DELIVERY DELAYS

Where we become aware of a material delay, we will endeavour to inform you using the contact information provided with your order.

Where KULORI fails to deliver within the agreed delivery period, applicable Maltese and EU consumer law may allow you to request delivery within an appropriate additional period.

If delivery still does not take place within that additional period, you may be entitled to terminate the contract.

Where timely delivery was essential and this was made clear before the contract was concluded, or where the trader refuses to deliver, the consumer may in certain circumstances have the right to terminate without granting an additional delivery period.

19. REFUNDS FOLLOWING NON-DELIVERY

Where a contract is validly terminated because KULORI has failed to deliver in accordance with applicable consumer law, payments due to be reimbursed will be refunded without undue delay.

20. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Where KULORI offers delivery outside Malta, delivery periods and charges may vary depending on destination.

Customers will be informed of applicable delivery charges before completing the order where required.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT or other charges may potentially apply depending on the destination country's rules.

Where such charges are not included in KULORI's selling price, this will be made clear where applicable.

21. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DELAYS

Where international delivery requires customs clearance, delivery may be affected by customs procedures outside KULORI's direct control.

We will provide reasonable assistance regarding shipment information where required.

22. CHANGE OF DELIVERY DATE

Where a delivery appointment has been arranged and you need to change it, please contact us or the relevant delivery provider as early as reasonably possible.

Additional charges may apply for late changes or missed appointments where such charges are reasonable, disclosed and legally permitted.

23. COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS

KULORI may, for certain products or locations, arrange collection or another mutually agreed handover method.

Details will be communicated directly with the customer.

Where a collection service is offered for returns, the separate Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

24. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, significant transport disruption, strikes, government restrictions, carrier disruption or similar extraordinary circumstances.

KULORI will take reasonable steps to minimise delays and communicate significant issues.

Mandatory consumer rights concerning delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.
